REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) appoints two regional directors Trade body the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) has announced the appointment of new directors, Kelly Adamson and Clive Hutchings, to serve in two of its regions. Hartlepool-based Kelly will be serving in the REC in the North East region while Clive, whose business is in Portsmouth, will be representing interests in the South East region. A former police officer, Kelly established a successful eight year career in recruitment before launching her own business Adept Professional Services Ltd. Clive, who has been in the recruitment industry for 13 years, is Group Director at STR Holdings Ltd which has offices in Portsmouth and Guildford. The company is a member of both the REC's IT and Comms, and Nursing and Social Care specialist sector groups. Both Kelly and Clive, in their ambassadorial roles, will be actively promoting the REC throughout their regions and in particular, its core role of raising awareness of professional standards throughout the recruitment industry. |
